To book materials to consult, please send the following documentation to the address as-ce@cultura.gov.it, indicating "Study Room Reservation" in the subject:

Please note that for the reservation of materials (up to a maximum of 3 archival units at a time), you must specify the precise reference elements (fonds, series, number).
Researchers who submit a reservation request will receive confirmation via email.
Research in the State Archives is free and open to the public; it is only necessary to adhere to the admission rules.
Users are reminded that the materials taken for consultation will remain available for a maximum of fifteen days. After this period, a new request will be necessary.
